The hotel is invested and constructed by Huai’an Guofa Investment Group Co., Ltd. (a newly established municipal-level state-owned enterprise founded in December 2024). With a total construction area of nearly 80,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 800 million RMB, the hotel is fully entrusted to Nanjing Jinling Hotel Management Co., Ltd. for operation and management, positioning itself as a smart, high-end hotel.
Located adjacent to Huai’an East Railway Station, the hotel serves as a landmark building in the high-speed railway business district. It enjoys excellent transport connectivity via the high-speed rail hub and expressway network, while being surrounded by government facilities and the ecological new city area.
